Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through www.rhythmsofgrace.ph (“Website”) operated by Rhythms of Grace Novelty Shop (“Rhythms of Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

Most products are prepared upon order. Standard production time: 2–4 business days before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and Philippine public holidays.

Processing time may be extended during:

  • Peak seasons
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Supply interruptions
  • High order volume
  • Operational constraints

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. We do not guarantee specific shipment dates unless confirmed in writing.

2. Payment Confirmation Requirement

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully confirmed. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for Website orders. Orders with pending, incomplete, reversed, or failed payments will not be processed. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders without prior notice.

3. Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

We ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Courier partners may include:

  • J&T Express
  • GrabExpress
  • Lalamove

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing and handling are under the courier’s control.

4. Same-Day / Express Delivery 

Same-day or next-day delivery may be available within Metro Manila upon prior confirmation.

Conditions:

  • Order must be fully paid
  • Order must be confirmed before the stated cutoff time
  • Customer must provide complete and reachable contact details

Express delivery is subject to:

  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic conditions
  • Rider availability

Express shipping fees are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

We do not guarantee delivery timeframes for express services.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees
  • Any destination-country charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international courier procedures.

International transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Typhoons
  • Flooding
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public health emergencies
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Courier operational interruptions
  • Government restrictions

Refunds will not be issued solely due to delays resulting from force majeure events.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to receive parcel

The following will apply:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Re-shipping fees must be paid before redelivery
  • Refunds (if requested) will exclude shipping costs and any applicable handling fees

We are not responsible for lost shipments resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

Risk of loss and title for purchased items transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

Rhythms of Grace is not liable for:

  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Damage in transit
  • Delivery delays

After the shipment has been accepted by the courier, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and coordinate directly with the courier regarding delivery arrangements.

9. “Item Not Received” Claims

If tracking information shows the order as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt:

  • The customer must coordinate directly with the courier.
  • We may assist in initiating a courier investigation.
  • Additional verification may be required.

Refunds or replacements for “item not received” claims are not guaranteed and are subject to the courier’s investigation outcome.

We reserve the right to deny claims where delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier.

10. Shipping Damage

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

  • The customer must document the condition immediately.
  • Clear photos of packaging and product must be submitted within 48 hours.

Claims submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.

11. Partial Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped separately due to stock availability or production scheduling. Customers will be notified if applicable. Additional shipping fees will not be charged for partial shipments unless previously disclosed.
