This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.rhythmsofgrace.ph (“Website”) operated by Rhythms of Grace Novelty Shop (“Rhythms of Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General Policy Overview

Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the courier.

Returns are accepted only for eligible items that meet all conditions outlined below.

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not strictly comply with this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must remain attached.
  • The item must be in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of:

  • Wear
  • Washing
  • Stretching
  • Perfume or deodorant residue
  • Makeup marks
  • Fabric damage
  • Improper handling or misuse

Items that fail inspection will not qualify for refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • On-site printed items (including DTF or event-based printing)
  • Made-to-order or print-prepared items
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

All customized, print-prepared, and on-site printed items are considered final sale.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Required documentation:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photo of the packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Order number

Failure to submit complete documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

If the claim is validated after review, we may offer:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Refund (at our discretion)

For verified errors on our end, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

We reserve the right to request return of the item before issuing a replacement or refund.

5. Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges. We do not accept responsibility for sizing errors where the selected size matches the order confirmation. 

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide carefully before placing an order. If the size ordered matches the size selected during checkout, it is considered a final sale and is not eligible for exchange or refund due to sizing preference. We are not responsible for sizing errors resulting from failure to review measurements prior to purchase.

6. Return Authorization Process

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Do not send items back without written approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Approved returns must be shipped only to the return address provided in your written return authorization email. Returns sent to any other address without prior written approval may be rejected.

Items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.

7. Inspection and Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: up to 14 business days after approval.
  • Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

If rejected:

  • The item may be returned to you at your expense.
  • No refund will be issued.

Refunds are issued only after physical verification of the returned item.

8. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our verified error.

If free shipping was applied and the order is partially returned, we reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the refund.

9. Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other third-party platforms are governed by the respective platform’s policies.

All disputes for marketplace purchases must be filed directly through the platform.

This Website Return & Refund Policy does not apply to marketplace transactions.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide:

  • Order confirmation
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Tracking details
  • Customer communication records

To the payment processor as evidence of fulfillment.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases
  • Refusal of service

11. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping fees
  • Any additional courier charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the package has been handed over.

12. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds that:

  • Do not comply with this policy
  • Show signs of wear or misuse
  • Appear fraudulent or abusive
  • Violate our Terms & Conditions
